A once-in-a-lifetime World Cup experience turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had.
I spent $8,475 on Colombia vs. Portugal tickets through StubHub, traveled to Miami, and ended up stuck outside the stadium because my tickets never became usable.
I spent 40 minutes on the phone with StubHub while the match was starting. I was promised replacement tickets and a callback. Neither ever happened.
Then I was told my refund review would take 72 hours. After 72 hours, I called back and was told to wait even longer. I’m still waiting.
I have all the documentation. I’m simply asking StubHub to stand behind its FanProtect Guarantee.

@stockx@gohilsamir@stockx I don’t understand why you guys implemented this new policy? We should be able to post anything we have for sale at any time. Limiting it makes no sense! The more items for sale, makes both the seller and your company money. Change this policy back to unlimited lists

@Tesla@elonmusk I received my vehicle a few days ago and pointed out the issues upon delivery. The representative helping me told me to take the vehicle and to report all items in the Tesla App. The passenger side car seat has mold on it! This is truly alarming!
