Don't marry a broke man, ever.

More often, a man who's broke will lower his standards for survival. He wants a place to sleep and eat. He'll say he loves you, but it's not love. If it were, he would've worked hard to give you financial security.

The truth is, he may never love you beyond the comfort you provide. He may never become financially stable because he lacks the skills to do so, and that could become your downfall. He'll turn your life into a circus.

Weigh the risk. In my experience, if he can stand on his own feet and survive on his own, he can flourish with you. Otherwise, you'll regret it when you realize he has drained your potential.
