@UberIN_Support my current booking right now. Why is he calling me and asking to cancel the ride? And saying “zayada Shane nahi bano, rode cancel karo” he should cancel the ride if he doesn’t want to go.
@zomatocare your customer service is degrading by the day. I reported undercooked meal last night, your rep said restaurant did not revert & restaurant says they were not contacted by you. Who to believe here? Your policy for genuine customers need to be pro but its not.
@UberIN_Support how do you penalize your drivers when they cancel the ride after making one wait for 17 mins. Your driver had a drop at about 100mtrs away from my pick up. Just after completing the ride he cancelled my ride. How is this behavior justified? Are they accountable ?
@SwiggyCares Though order is cancelled now the process was taxing. I had to invest 30 mins to get it sorted. At this point of time, I question your systems. How do they work?
@SwiggyCares you assigned a delivery partner from Malad to deliver from oshiwara. Delivery associate went to dahisar and I had no food even after an hour. Took me 15 mins to get human support and another 20 mins to cancel the order. Why do you have irresponsible partners
@YESBANK you are suppose to make life easy for your customers. Help us update communication address too from the app and not just the aadhar address. FYI other banks like HDFC & ICICI do give their customers that option.

@ViCustomerCare if my phone is not reachable, you should undertand my concern. That’s exactly what I complained about and you suggest I register another complaint if problem persists. When your Technitian visits, he says no problem identified. How do you explain that ?????
