Today is a special day. It’s NASCAR’s Super Bowl, the Daytona 500. It’s hard to express what this race means to fans in just a one minute video. It’s the only race where you can run flat out for 500 miles, basically holding the throttle wide open the entire time. And winning isn’t about raw speed. It’s about mastering the draft and the physics of air.
It’s so difficult that it took Dale Earnhardt 20 years of trying before he finally won it, and it was also the event where he ultimately lost his life.
Just finished watching this Greg Biffle tribute. The last 10 minutes of the video is Garrett (Cleetus) sharing his personal reflections. Thinking of him and all those in the community who are continuing to feel the excruciating pain of this loss. 💔 https://t.co/SmuhVjV1L3
