To strengthen scientific crime scene management across the state, a 12 day training programme for Crime Scene Officers (CSOs ) (Course no -2) was conducted at UPTTI. It commenced from 28th Jan to 10thFeb. Altogether 55 CSOs from all over the districts of Odisha had participated.
