Rolling out a huge expansion of our interpreted search system this weekend.
As job seekers interact with @DirectlyApply, we ingest enormous amounts of explicit and implicit signals and draw incredibly accurate predictions about where their job search is heading — well beyond the keywords of their initial query.
In real-time, we update our knowledge of a job seeker's seniority, industry, experience, salary expectations, benefits, shift patterns and commute — immediately surfacing better results.

Enjoyed going into detail about the impact AI based features have had for job seekers on @DirectlyApply and how those features are built at Big Data LDN. Thanks to @SingleStoreDB for the invite.
Today @DirectlyApply begins prompting job seekers to check their resume if we detect generative AI may have been used to enhance it for a particular job application. Using generative AI tools to assist in writing a resume is perfectly fine, but there is a serious risk of hallucinations and inaccurate data creeping in. This feature will help job seekers avoid a potential embarrassing interview moment and also reduce wasted hiring time for companies.
