@jlandpartners, worth updating your online foreign currency process - ordered currency yesterday, went to collect today at Waitrose with ref number, ID, payment card as per email, got there & staff adamant I needed to bring email & adamant it stated this in email instructions...

@jlandpartners ...which it 100% does not. Had to return home, print email & back to Waitrose, 2 trips when should have been 1. Not a great customer experience & not the usual excellent service from JL&P. Pls revise email or staff training so this doesn’t happen to other customers
