Director of AL Bureau of Pardons & Paroles, former legislator, Board of Trustees at Troy University, husband to Lindsey and happy dad to Riley, Ro & Clements.
Governor Ivey made a great appointment to the Board of Pardons and Paroles today. Jennifer Conway, who has a lifetime career in the criminal justice system, will do very well on that Board. Proud to administer the oath of office to her this morning!
It was great to join my friends Sen Chambliss and @IngramState1965 President David Walters at Ingram State Tech College for their annual fundraiser. Ingram is one of the few schools in the country that provides skilled job training for those who are incarcerated or are on parole. Thanks for your leadership David! @ABPPalabamagov
Another great Resource Fair at the PREP Center thanks to our partners from ISTC! We appreciate the job creators and providers who share info on careers, opportunities + more with PREP students.
We’re just ONE WEEK AWAY from celebrating their graduation.
Great work by Alabama’s Reentry Task Force!
This has been one of the yields from the Task Force’s work to ensure success for those coming out of prison & reentering the state’s workforce. Employment is one of the biggest drivers in reducing recidivism. IDs are key to that.
Officers from the Bureau joined fellow officers from state and local law enforcement agencies for a proclamation signing with Governor Kay Ivey in honor of National Law Enforcement Week.
We’re proud of our officers work to keep communities across Alabama safe!
Troy was not a Cinderella.
A year after being left out of the NCAA Tournament, @TroyTrojansBSB reached Omaha.
Its run should challenge how college baseball thinks about parity, access and at-large bids.
