The global situation remains in flux, and we are closely monitoring developments across energy, supply chains, and essential commodities on a real-time basis.

Under the leadership of Hon’ble PM @narendramodi Ji, all necessary steps are being taken to ensure uninterrupted availability of fuel, energy, and other critical supplies for our citizens. We are fully prepared to handle emerging challenges.

India has consistently demonstrated resilience in the face of global uncertainties, and we will continue to act in a timely, proactive, and coordinated manner.

Rumours of a lockdown in India are completely false. Let me state this clearly, there is no such proposal under consideration by the Government of India.

In such times, it is important that we remain calm, responsible, and united.

Attempts to spread rumours and create panic in such a situation are irresponsible and harmful.

वैश्विक स्थिति अभी भी अनिश्चित बनी हुई है, और हम ऊर्जा, सप्लाई चेन और ज़रूरी वस्तुओं से जुड़े हालात पर लगातार नज़र बनाए हुए हैं।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में सरकार यह सुनिश्चित कर रही है कि देश में ईंधन, ऊर्जा और अन्य आवश्यक चीज़ों की आपूर्ति बिना किसी रुकावट के जारी रहे। हर संभावित चुनौती से निपटने के लिए हम पूरी तरह तैयार हैं।

भारत ने पहले भी वैश्विक अनिश्चितताओं के बीच अपनी मज़बूती दिखाई है, और आगे भी हम समय पर, सक्रिय और समन्वित तरीके से कदम उठाते रहेंगे।

लॉकडाउन को लेकर फैल रही अफवाहें पूरी तरह गलत हैं। मैं स्पष्ट करना चाहता हूँ कि सरकार के स्तर पर ऐसा कोई प्रस्ताव विचाराधीन नहीं है।

ऐसे समय में ज़रूरी है कि हम सभी शांत, ज़िम्मेदार और एकजुट रहें।

इस तरह की स्थिति में अफवाह फैलाना और बेवजह डर का माहौल बनाना गैर-जिम्मेदाराना और हानिकारक है।

International crude prices have gone through the roof in the last 1 month from around 70 dollars/barrel to around 122 dollars/barrel. Consequently, petrol and diesel prices for consumers have gone up all over the world. Prices have increased by around 30%-50% in South East Asian countries, 30% in North American countries, 20% in Europe and 50% in African countries.

The Modi Government had two choices- either increase prices drastically for citizens of Bharat as all other nations have done or bear the brunt on its finances so that Indian citizen is insulated from international volatility.

Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji, in keeping with his Government’s commitment of last 4 years since the conflict in Russia-Ukraine started, decided to take a hit on its own finances again to safeguard the Indian citizen.

Government has taken a huge hit on it taxation revenues to ensure very high losses of oil companies (approximately 24 Rs/litre for petrol and 30 Rs/litre for diesel) at this time of sky high international prices are reduced. At the same time, export tax has been levied as international prices of petrol and diesel have skyrocketed and any refinery exporting to foreign nations will have to pay export tax. My gratitude to Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi Ji and Hon’ble FM @nsitharaman Ji for this very timely, bold and visionary decision!

In light of current geopolitical disruptions affecting global fuel supply, steps have been taken to enhance LPG production and prioritise its availability for domestic consumers and essential non-domestic sectors such as hospitals and educational institutions.
Requests from other non-domestic sectors will be reviewed by a committee of Executive Directors from Oil Marketing Companies and prioritised based on merit, necessity, and product availability.

नारी शक्ति को बड़ा उपहार!

नवरात्रि के शुभारम्भ के साथ ही निःशुल्क 25 लाख नए #PMUjjwala कनेक्शन की सौगात एक और प्रमाण है कि PM @narendramodi जी महिलाओं को देवी दुर्गा जी के सामान सम्मान देते हैं। यह निर्णय माताओं-बहनों के सम्मान और सशक्तिकरण के हमारे संकल्��� को और मजबूत करता है। अब उज्ज्वला परिवार के सदस्यों की संख्या बढ़कर 10.60 करोड़ हो जाएगी।
भारत सरकार प्रत्येक कनेक्शन पर ₹2,050 खर्च करेगी, जिससे लाभार्थियों को मुफ्त एलपीजी सिलेंडर के साथ गैस चूल्हा व रेगुलेटर आदि भी मुफ्त मिल सके।

यह सिर्फ योजना मात्र नहीं देश में बहुत बड़ी क्रांति की मशाल बनी है, जिसकी लौ देश के कोने-कोने में, सुदूर क्षेत्रों में भी पहुंची है। वर्तमान में मोदी सरकार की ₹300 की सब्सिडी के साथ 10.33 करोड़+ उज्ज्वला परिवारों का सिलेंडर केवल ₹553 में रिफिल हो जाता है। यह कीमत दुनियाभर के एलपीजी उत्��ादक देशों से भी कम है।

#IndianOil has once again made history, as its’ Panipat Refinery becomes India’s first facility to be certified under ISCC CORSIA standards for production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).

The certificate was received by Chairman, IndianOil in the presence of all stakeholder representatives incl. DGCA, MOPNG, NABCB & certifying agency M/s Cotecna.

This milestone marks a major leap in India’s capability to produce, certify and distribute SAF.
