@UPSHelp_UK finally got through to the UK Brokerage team and they just hung up on me. Still waiting on a call back since yesterday. What's the point of asking customers to call if you can't be bothered speaking to them?

@UPSHelp_UK great work at not delivering my package, cust support blaming me and the seller for not doing paperwork, no one being able to read a phone number, asking me to call a number no one picks up and now wanting to charge me £200. What an absolute farce of a company.
