We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.

We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.

Recap of Dale Jr.'s night so far:

-- Major radio issues at the start, about loses his mind. Eventually pits several times for new helmet (didn't work), new wiring harness (not sure worked) and has a push-to-talk radio attached to his chest. Drops to last place several times.

-- Lost his glasses while taking off his first helmet. Thought they were on the floorboards, but team found them in helmet and handed them back during another pit stop.

-- Flipped off Riley Herbst, then felt bad about it and offered him a beer

-- Radio fell on the floor and turned the volume all the way up, asked spotter to speak softer

-- Radio now ended up in water bottle holder and water bottle ended up in unknown location in the car.

Oh, and he's running SIXTH with 85 laps to go!
