@BoschGlobal Your customer support is terrible. After 5 x 60min+ long calls I cannot get someone out to service the ice maker in a freezer that is less than a year old. Everyone I speak with wants to get off the phone ASAP.

@BoschGlobal In any event, I put them all on the same email thread because its not my responsibility to manage comms between Bosch and its authorized third-party techs. Tech says they didn't get work order, Bosch says they sent it. Meanwhile my fridge still busted.
