@AvivaUK frightening experience breaking down on M25 last night on my own, called my breakdown cover and was told Aviva hadn’t passed my details to RAC and I wasn’t covered! I drove the remaining 50 miles home with faulty car absolutely terrified - explain yourselves!!
@nextofficial your customer service is atrocious! You’ve received returned parcel but only refunded half the order! Spent ages on phone to an Indian call centre I couldn’t understand, then you advise ME to call my credit card company to resolve! Do not order from this company!

@TLRailUK is there a problem with your online refund form? I keep trying to push a refund though but after entering the ticket number there’s no button to submit it! Robbery! It was your mistake too!
