24. On the Beach

Been going through Neil Young’s whole discog and this one genuinely just rules. Memorable bits on every song, and often so so pretty. It feels like this guy could do whatever he wanted in the 70’s and it was always a slam dunk

23. Live Laugh Love

Is it crazy to call this my favorite Earl album? SRS is definitely close but he really delivers on this one on all fronts and with a stronger sense of optimism that is so endearing. Forge, Live, and Exhaust are the biggest highlights for me
