And lo and behold once she scanned the pepper the total came to the same as it was when I had scanned everything, as it always does. Either you want people to use self service or you do not but I am tired of being made to feel like a criminal just for doing my weekly shop!

@sainsburys I frequently shop at one or two of your local stores, at least once a week. I use self service and this often requires checks from assistants at the checkout. This used to be 5 items but more recently it has been the entire basket.

Once she had finished the check she then blamed me because there was a pepper that was unscanned as it didn't have a barcode sticker on it. Your staff should be aware that peppers do not have labels on them and that the barcode is on the shelves, which I had scanned.

I wish @sainsburys could work out what’s going on with the sky VIP rewards. Thats the second time this year that they haven’t scanned. Staff or customer services can’t help either so I miss out on the treats 🙁
