The studios’ “last, best and final” offer to SAG-AFTRA included a clause that said the studios would only have to pay a one-time fee to secure AI scans for actors and that they would then be able to re-use those scans repeatedly without having to pay, @THR reports.

The contract also includes a loophole that would give studios the right to use scans of deceased performers without the consent of their estate or SAG-AFTRA.
