Unpopular Opinion: I think there should be a law that if the state “loses” any evidence they gather that would be used in a trial (ie. the first month of #delphi interviews), they should automatically not be able to prosecute anyone. #delphitrial #richardallen #RichardAllenTrial

@othingstodo_com They are genetically a fruit... but the supreme court in the US ruled they are a vegetable bc they are eaten like a veggie... so I guess it depends if you are thinking with science or law...
