The Decatur ISD Board of Trustees unanimously named Taylor Williams as the lone finalist for the position of Superintendent. By state law, the Board must wait 21 days before it can vote to officially hire her as the new superintendent π

Decatur ISD will be closed for students and staff on Friday, Jan. 10, due to ongoing inclement weather. All school events, extracurricular activities, and facility rentals will also be canceled. Classes will resume on Monday.
