@askGST_GoI
In case contract with n agent on principal 2 principal basis, expenses incurred by agent ( c&f ) later reimbursed on cost 2 cost basis. Now whether Principal can take ITC of d GST of d reimbursed expenses as d invoices by d 3rd party r raised in d name of d principal
@KelumWijesinghe@Sdoull So lets not limit the no of DRS a team can take. Because there r every possible chances that after using 2 DRS, a decision may go wrong so in that case there has to be more DRS to have a " correct decision "
@bhogleharsha Then why to limit DRS to only 2 per inning. There is a definite chance that after losing 2 DRS, a decision of umpire may go wrong and u can not get the " right decision "..!!
@SirJadeja Its not just her outer beauty that won her Miss World crown, it was her inner beauty that did!
Your mother would be the proudest mother today on earth!
@SirJadeja In 2002, Atal ji was PM. In 2017 Modi ji is PM.
Whenever there is a BJP government, good things happen to India..!!
Just kidding but we must appreciate Manushi for bringing Pride to India..!! :))
@NikS_Gooner1886@FinMinIndia@askGST_GoI@McDonalds Compare it with a bill of June month.
Everything will fall in place..!!
First prices were high after GST @ 18% prices were reduced due to availability of ITC. Now price again set at original which was prior to GST as benefit of ITC is not available.
@vickysanghani@PiyushGoyal The way u r talking even I doubt whether u r in business from last 18 yrs. I hv never seen a businessman KEEP CRYING on a particular issue rather dan looking 4 a solution. It is evident that u r Anti BJP. Even we hv made representation 2 govt 4 continuing the practice of H form.
@vickysanghani@PiyushGoyal The article says the same thing what I suggested, avail a working capital finance fir TIME BEING till the things eases out for smooth running. Agree there will be an extra interest cost but the issue of blockage of funds can be sorted.
@vickysanghani@PiyushGoyal Sir ji dont teach me. I never said there is CGST on exports. IGST is governed by the CGST ACT.
I hv NEVER denied that there r no problems let it be return filing or refund processing. I agree that there r some flaws with respect to the implementation of GST...
@vickysanghani@PiyushGoyal It takes max 7 days after processing of refund claim 2 reflect credit in ur bank account.
It is up2 u how 2 deal with d business environment rather than crying for smthing 2 hpn.
P.s. I m a Chartered Accountant. U hv ur 1 export business I hv MANY clients with export business..:)
@vickysanghani@PiyushGoyal Haha..no one can change one's perception..this is time being. There is a provision in the CGST law that 90% of ur refund claim will be CREDITED TO UR BANK ACCOUNT within 7 days of filing form RFD 11 ( Refund Application ). Such fast track refunds were never issued pre- GST.
