But median writer/producer pay has declined 23% over the past decade after adjusting for inflation.

That's very disturbing.

After a couple viewings, I feel good saying the last 25 mins of #DialOfDestiny is the best close to any of the Indiana Jones films. Goes to emotional places the franchise has never been and without a doubt features two of the best scenes of Harrison Ford's career. What a movie.

Saw #Elemental last night and it turns out Pixar can make a moving love story just as perfectly as they do with every other genre. Instantly fell in love with Ember and Wade, their families, and how personal this film feels. Can’t wait to watch it again.
