@Parcel2Go why do you require photos of internal/external packaging when claiming? You don't require them to book in a parcel so it's unreasonable to ask for them after the fact. Who photographs these things without prior notice it's needed? @BBCWatchdog

Just a warning for anyone considering using @Parcel2Go - as far as there concerned it's totally fine for a parcel to remain stuck for currently 5 weeks, they do not care and actually won't even try to help unless it's been at least EIGHT weeks!! #ScamAlert@BBCWatchdog

@NatWest_Help an item I got on credit card (and requested to cancel 2 hours later but was ignored) was refused when returned to retailer and has now been lost by the courier. As I can't provide proof of its return, does this mean I can't chargeback against @dv247uk#scammer
