Unless your problem is really just that you don't like seeing minorities. If that's the case, well, software won't save you. You just gotta go outside and meet people. Get some more life experience and all that. It's a big world full of every kind of lovely person.
Now I just wish that my 1st Godot game was more actively political/leftist. It doesn't feel right to show up to the #Wokot mess without something cool to share!

The more people can make games on their own, the better things will be, and projects like Godot are dramatically lowering those costs! If you're sick of bad games, supporting FOSS game engines is one of the best things you can do.

Good news! The initial Early Access Steam launch of DitherDream is going well, and we've still got more sales trickling in!๐ฅณ
DitherDream was always going to be niche, but that's just fine for a tiny baby team. What's important is that the business end is actually working.
What's interesting is that the wishlist count has tripled since launch, even with sales. So I think a lot of people are looking & liking, but thinking it's not ready enough for them yet. Which is totally fair, and fine by me. A slow and steadily growing burn was always the plan.
TLDR: I renounce my hubris.
I'm gonna focus on making DitherDream for a bit, and when it's time for the next thing, the next thing will be another "small" 1-2 year project like DD, not an overambitious one like TF.

So Tomorrow Forever will be finished in the next few months, and released as a free, cool, weird, game. There probably won't be a DitherDream 2 anytime soon. Instead, there will probably be another story from The Mesh, the world of Tomorrow Forever. I have an idea. :)
