@FlySWISS besides rude offensive staff, our luggage has been delayed or lost. After calling more than 5 numbers provided by Swiss Air, no clarity on compensation or where the luggage could be. The company does not seem to follow the Montreal Convention. Please investigate.

@FlySWISS extremely rude and offensive stewards on a 12hr flight. Staff screaming at my wife, and when mentioned we'd report the inappropriate behaviour, supervisor Fatima screamed "your wife needs to go to psychiatrist", whilst rudely touching her shoulder. Please investigate.
