@IDFCFIRSTBank @RBI Paid ₹137 upfront on 31-May-2025 (Txn ID: 687821437) for reward redemption, which was cancelled. Only points+GST refunded; ₹137 still pending. Customer care was rude and blamed me. Please resolve ASAP, or I will escalate to the RBI Ombudsman.
