@IBMninja@PelicanProducts yeah, when i was a sales manager for Mares in carib could fly with 3 of these at 70lbs each free.. now that would cost an extra grand easy.
Getting old means you realize that some of your @PelicanProducts cases are 25 years old...
Still going even if not used for air travel the last decade because... airlines. Miss the 70lb bag days..๐
ROKS Dosan Ahn Changho and HMCS Corner Brook Leaving Esquimalt to go and exercise together.
I hope they brought the TKMS model of the 212CD as that is as close to sailing as the 212CD is.
This ability of RCN to exercise w/ KSSlll is beyond massive, sadly won't inform purchase

Ever notice that NOBODY has a problem calling it the Boer War when neither Canada nor UK declared war, yet for Gulf War and Afghanistan War they all wiggle like a fish on a war to avoid it?
Weird eh?
The South African War (1899 โ 1902), or the Boer War, as it is sometimes also called, marked the first time Canada dispatched troops to an overseas war.
โOf the Canadians who served in South Africa, 267 were killed and are listed in the Books of Remembrance. The Canadian government claimed at the time that this overseas expedition was not a precedent. History would prove otherwise. The new century would see Canadians serve in two world wars, the Korean War, and dozens of peacekeeping missions.โ

@YukonSteph No, the High commission did not declare war, they didn't have that power, for UK or Canada. Yes, Canada's foreign policy was then controlled by UK.
GWOT is indeed an American term
@YukonSteph well.. what I stated was correct, the UK nor Canada declared war during Boer War(s). I have also served w/a green passport in ME, and even lived there post CAF.
What untrue claims regards what you use American GWOT term?
@5thBorderState started earlier than that with Korea. Regards Vietnam, the only Canadian troops there serving Canada were observers. (yes , many CDNS joined US mil and fought there with US mil)
@Brangwyn Sherwood regs will service no problem. Luxfer 80's made prior to 88 I would not use, but some (most really) shops have decided any pre 2000 they won't touch. Honestly in private use, I would test and use .. mind you, I can do it.. the testing..so
@MikeTheNavyGuy1@CavalryCanuck@MoeCoast yeah, it's funny when we all do because pissed, even more funny when we all do because we suddenly decide they have been in long enough, doing nothing wrong really, but let's keep them humble... then regret it
@Brangwyn if your alm 80's were made before 2000 and Luxfer, good chance they won't pass even if a shop will take them to test.
Your regs.. as long as you didn't let them corrode to green should be no issue. BCD.. yeah no on 20 yrs old ones, even if work, age will make dangerous
@Brangwyn well, if you are in the Georgia/Florida area, I am sure can hook ya up with a refresher, and be happy to loan ya gear to do a photo specialty.
