Diverse Actions is a three-year initiative from Live Art UK, championing culturally diverse ambition, excellence and talent in Live Art. (Dormant account)
That's all I have to say. I hope you're all keeping well.
I also hope that we, as people whose families are most at risk during this time & least secure within the industry, are not put under further strain by being re-interpreted as an educational or confessional tool.
Hello - this is @salomewagaine here, formerly Project Manager here at Diverse Actions.
I wanted to take the opportunity to say hello, express solidarity and rage with fellow Black people at this time, and acknowledge the hypervisibility that's currently being encouraged.
But I am proud of the work put in by the contributors, graphic designer and editorial team, and am glad that the proceeds for the print edition will go directly to arts workers of colour affected by the pandemic.

In case you missed it, Vanishing Points Editor @salomewagaine has made a recording of her essay 'Rest. Stop.' about rest, time off, burnt out and unions within the arts and cultural sector. Perfect accompaniment to a break from work.

We received our digital copy of #VanishingPoints today – an anthology of cultural criticism, focusing on Live Art from a @DiverseActions perspective.
There are so many great contributors, it's PAYF and all donations go directly to #DiverseActions fund https://t.co/l6RxWC5n3h
First delivered as part of @In_Between_Time's 'How can Live Art unfuck the world?' symposium, we're really pleased to have been able to republish Selina Thompson's provocation.
We've also really enjoyed her piece for @theatremagazine this week

Hello everyone - we realise it's been a while. Might have something to do with one of our Project Managers forgetting the password and being weirdly too proud to reset it.
However, we do have some news for you today, so do keep an eye out...👀
Please do note: Unbound and @thisisliveart are currently closed so fulfiling physical orders will take a little bit of time, but we hope you understand.
Further details about the rescheduled event will be available soon.
Book Now for an evening with Dani d’Emilia and The Uhuruverse.
As part of the artists’ residencies @aplaceofaction, the evening at LADA will involve presentations by both artists, followed by a discussion on strategies of resistance. 19 March, 7pm
