To make Brewster’s Day of Giving extra special, we asked our Brewster community who had a positive impact on their lives. Watch this heartwarming video in which those people talk about why they find their work so meaningful: https://t.co/lAXQIkipIF

As fall sports wind to a close this week, we wanted to celebrate all of the hard work that these athletes put in. We know that success goes far beyond any record when it comes to playing on a team and personal growth. More photos: https://t.co/4M1AQEr6L4

Though spring is typically known as the season of growth and fall is considered the harvest season, it seems at Brewster we are growing and harvesting each autumn…https://t.co/3NKv6iPmoM
Student Leaders moved in a couple days early to prepare for Orientation Weekend. They spent some time building on their student leadership training last May, as well as gearing up to welcome new students this weekend!

Brewster’s fields and buildings have been a hubbub of activity this past week with Sua Sponte Lacrosse and Leadership Summer Camp. In addition to lacrosse skills, Sua Sponte also emphasizes leadership, accountability, responsibility & character.

Reunion Weekend was glorious. Nonstop sunshine, fun on Brown Field, a waterfall hike, laughs in the renovated Rogers, a cruise on the Mount, and even a crew clinic! Thanks to all who came to share old memories and make new ones!

I’m praying for our country today as I read accounts of yesterday’s racially motivated murders in Buffalo, NY. I mourn for those who died and for their loved ones grappling with senseless evil. And I search for more we can do as educators to help prevent future tragedies.
With warmer weather and a lineup of home games nearly every Wednesday and Saturday, Brown Field has become a hubbub of activity for fans, friends, and fun. Spending time on the turf is one of many students’ favorite things to do on campus

The International Students Organization hosted its highly anticipated Culture Celebration Night last week––and the turnout was phenomenal. Students grabbed a “passport” and traveled their way around Esta. Photos: https://t.co/OzA7YRCMGO

At the root of our polarization problem is a deficit of intellectual humility. Too many people refuse to admit that they might be wrong.
Diversity of thought opens minds. Intensity of conviction closes them.
Knowing your knowledge is incomplete is a prerequisite for learning.
First time in Brewster history, two of our students made it to the last round of the United States of America Mathematical Olympiad. Congrats to Mark ’22 (finished in the Top 10 in the country) and Namo ’22 (finished in the top 12 percent!

Brewster students serve as mentors for local middle school students in the New Hampshire Student Leadership Program (NHSLP), and they were excited to meet their mentees in person on campus and show them what Brewster student life is like.

Perfection isn’t just impossible. It’s a counterproductive goal.
Perfectionists are more likely to burn out and less likely to embrace new challenges.
Success depends on high standards, not being flawless. The target is not perfection—it's excellence.
