White evangelicals are the most supportive of abortion bans. Almost all want to see 15 wk ban. More than half said providing an abortion should be a felony.
These views put them at odds w/ Americans from every other faith background.

"In 1877, one million workers went on strike and fought police and federal troops in cities across America. The monikers “Great Upheaval” and “Great Railroad Strike” undersell what verged on a second Civil War — this time pitting labor against capital."

@tribelaw It appears to chill coverage of what is already a way too secretive subject - money going to judges- by requiring it to meet a standard of “public concern” and allowing only media to disclose the information. What about watchdog groups? Concerned citizens? Why add secrecy?

Shipping vulnerable migrants across the country is not a campaign tactic. It is human trafficking.
It is the abuse of dozens of human beings and a celebration of that abuse for political gain.
As with all proto-fascist movements, the cruelty—and the violence—is the point.
Anti-democratic Republicans are talking about repealing the 17th amendment so that state legislators—not voters—would name US Senators. Why? Legislatures are heavily gerrymandered to favor the GOP, which currently controls 62% of all legislative chambers.

As Wisconsin's next Congressman, I will vote to codify the right to contraception, codify the right to choose, and codify the right to a same-sex marriage.
Enough is enough.
Ignore word salad debates over this recession. Here's what matters: we live in a system, capitalism, that is deeply unstable, lurching from inflation to recession & back endlessly disturbing our lives, jobs, institutions. End taboo against facing that our system is our problem
