Replays are becoming private in 26.20. As part of the game memory access changes, it will no longer be possible to download replays for games you have not played in, including via 3rd party sites.

@RiotPhroxzon @RiotEndstep To add onto this, the highest winrate champs emerald+ right now have around 54%. If there wouldn't be players playing AD Shaco, AP Shaco would be the absolute highest with around 55%. This power imbalance can just not be real, playing AP Shaco is close to some LP cheat atp.

Okay its early for the patch but we are at a point where AP Shaco has 10% more winrate then AD Shaco. In no elo range does AD Shaco come close to 50% winrate, but overall winrate is around 52%, all because of AP Shaco. Can we please get some adjustment? @RiotPhroxzon @RiotEndstep

Okay I dont want to really complain about matchmaking but how is it fair that in my 300-400 lp lobby enemy team gets 1.7k lp chall and it get "fixed" by them having a diamond 4 support? The chall player had more lp than my whole team combined? @RiotPhroxzon @drewlevin

- Attack speed reduced from 160/80% to 120/60%
- Now deals 4 - 20 (+ 8% bonus AD) (+ 6% AP) true damage for 3 attacks

@Okabekin @Spideraxe30 Its omega unbuyable for shaco, no? If it isnt special coded for his q, it doesnt proc till all the damage is already done, no? And even then, the e wouldnt even apply the extra lethality, if it gets calculated on hit.

its CRAZY to me people build collector past 1st item, let alone 3rd/4th, whole enemy team has 100 plus base armor, complete garbage 🤮

@Pinkwardlol I would just love to have the monster mod of w shifted to monster mod on baackstab like the older version had. Feel like its more skillexpressive and give ap a bit of reason to not just put a box and leave in jungle
