I don't know your life's path or the damage you've received along the way. I know my path and the healing therapy has done for the issues I have in discovering memories I've suppressed.

And it's not about disproving anything, there's a singular event in these people's lives that have caused mistrust in their feelings about themselves or others. Glorifying it isn't helping.
