Booked a huge @Airbnb for my sister’s wedding and showed up to weed smell, holes in walls, and stained sheets. Forced to scramble for hotel rooms for 12 guests day-of. Sent full video/photo proof and Airbnb refuses to refund. Absolutely unacceptable service. @AirbnbHelp @bchesky
