Started an 8 week, 5K trainer app this week on Monday the 12th. 8 weeks will be up on my birthday Dec 11th. I’ll run a 5K on my birthday. That’s the goal.

Extremism never satisfies because it is like a drug - you “take” it to cover the feelings of insecurity and a lack of significance and belonging. It makes you feel better about yourself…for a while. But like any drug, you have to take more to get the same high…and eventually there is no more high…just a disdain and hatred for those outside the extreme…that feeds on tearing down and even hurting them.
