We paid for a TeamViewer licence. TeamViewer disconnected it from its side, and for about 2 months it has not worked.

We raised the issue, got no response, and support calls are routed to overseas teams who cannot resolve it. The licence is still not working today.

We paid in full and have received no service for this period. This is a deficiency in service. We ask TeamViewer to either restore the licence and extend it by 2 months, or refund us in full, within 7 days. Otherwise we will send a legal notice.

NiceG Private Limited holds 20 enterprise Jio numbers. We complete verification every quarter and pay every recharge on time.

At Greenwood, Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad, an area surrounded by Zydus, SGVP, Adani and IT offices, there is no 5G and not a single call connects inside our premises. We have to step outside, and even there only one spot catches signal. Internet is impossible.

Timeline:
• 13 Mar 2026: complaint raised, enterprise account and company details shared
• Apr–May: address and GPS coordinates shared again and again
• 24 May: told the issue was "escalated with priority"
• 27 May: asked to try handset settings, already done
• 7 Jun: asked for the same address AGAIN
• Today, 14 Oct: no fix, no visit, no update

Seven months. Six different agents. The same questions every time.

This is a clear deficiency in service on a paid enterprise account. We give Jio 15 days to resolve the network issue at this location. If it is not fixed, we will escalate to the Appellate Authority and TRAI and port all 20 numbers to another operator.

This area has major locations nearby including SGVP, Adani, Reliance itself, KD Hospital and multiple renowned residential & commercial spaces, yet basic Jio connectivity is not working properly.

We literally have to come outside just to make a normal phone call. Forget 5G even basic phone network and internet are not functioning properly.

Indoor & outdoor signal both unstable.

Multiple complaints already raised but still no proper resolution.
Business operations are getting affected daily.

Need urgent intervention and permanent resolution.

We already contacted Seller Support and filled pickup escalation form 50+ times. Still pickup not attempted and cancellation fees charged. Negative balance also paid.

Please arrange urgent pickup and internal escalation.
