@airindia @airindia It’s been 2 months and I am still waiting for my refund for the cancelled flight. Ixigo has confirmed that the refund is pending under your Refund Authorization (RA) system (TDNR: 4002146638 – Status: Pending).
This kind of delay is unacceptable.

I missed the Delhi → Udaipur flight due to the delay of Air India Express (Amritsar → Delhi). The delay was on your end, not mine
