Not @ThreeUK out here ruining another lunch with my partner by trying to backtrack a refund from a contract he cancelled months ago yet they continued to charge him for 🤬

@ThreeUKSupport They last advised that they couldn't help in refunding the money that was continually charged after the account was cancelled.
So we have to wait and have another phone call with another person and waste even more of our time on an account that was cancelled months ago.

Either way, @ThreeUK has wasted hours of our time with unhelpful phone calls when all we wanted to do was cancel an unused contract. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

@ThreeUKSupport We had a refund confirmed on the 8th of september but now the complaints department have decided that is not available.

This would be less frustrating if anyone would have read the notes before calling so he doesn't have to sit on hold for 20 minutes while they read them
