@avant_forward Also, you get a credit card payment every month, on time, and I donโt even have the card to use. Your CSRs donโt know what they are doing because Iโm tired of verifying my address, phone number, etc. Iโve been a customer since 2018. I need a corporate manager!!!
@avant_forward I hope @avant_forward improves the quality of hiring and training it currently produces. I have been attempting to speak with someone in management to correct an Avant Mistake but aparrently managers dont work for the company UNACCEPTABLE.
agreed I received a notice that a payment was returned which it wasn't, Submitted the documentation from my Financial institution before the close billing cycle. Still no resolution and have not been able to speak to a manger after being left on Hold for over 45 min 10th call.
