There are some good Free ones that are exceptional. If you get FileMaker Pro where you can code your own that additionally gives you a free CRM solution that you can use.

@LuriaPetrucci Hi Cali. Apple iPhones have that built in to the operating system. They will only accept Calls from people in your Contact list.

Also, it is rumored, that iOS 13 will have Call Blocking baked in.
