Hinihikayat namin ang publiko na i-report ang mga fake accounts na inyong makikita sa iba't ibang social media platforms at iwasang makipag-ugnayan o magbigay ng inyong personal na impormasyon sa mga accounts na hindi verified.

Korte Suprema Naglabas ng Judiciary Marshals Act Implementing Rules

Naglabas na ang Korte Suprema ng mga alituntunin o Implementing Rules and Regulations para ipatupad ang Republic Act No. 11691 o ang Judiciary Marshals Act (Judiciary Marshals IRR) na layong bigyan ng proteksyon ang mga miyembro ng Hudikatura laban sa mararahas na krimen.

Sa ilalim ng Judiciary Marshals Act, bubuo ng Office of the Judiciary Marshals na mapapasailalim sa kontrol ng Korte Suprema. May kapangyarihan itong mag-imbestiga sa mga banta, magsagawa ng pag-aresto at tumulong sa pagpapatupad ng mga writ at ibang court processes.

Bukod sa pagtitiyak sa kaligtasan ng mga miyembro ng Hudikatura, itatalaga rin ang mga Judiciary Marshals sa mga bulwagan ng hustisya at sa mga opisyal na ganap gaya ng mga conference, seminar o miting.

Kasama rin sa tungkulin nito ang protektahan ang mga testigo, kabilang ang pagbibigay ng ligtas na sasakyan para sa mga testigo at maging sa mga akusado.

Kabilang din sa mandato ng Office of the Judiciary Marshals ang pag-imbestiga sa mga alegasyon ng katiwalian sa Hudikatura. May kapangyarihan itong maglabas ng subpoena, humiling sa korte ng search warrant, mangasiwa ng panunumpa, at makakuha ng access sa public records ng ibang ahensya ng gobyerno habang susumunod sa Data Privacy Act.

Magiging epektibo ang Judiciary Marshals IRR matapos ang labinlimang araw mula nang mailathala ito sa Official Gazette at dalawang newspapers of general circulation.
