Once again @ScottishPower so frustrating being a customer. Topped up my account last Wednesday, took my money but didn’t top up my meter.
Can’t speak to anybody. Chat bot is useless.
I want my money back #timetoswitch it’s been 6 days.
Over 3 months now with a dead smart meter @ScottishPower . Gas meter has no display so can’t take readings but they will chase you for payment. Customer service promised a fix by the end of December. Nobody calls you back or cares. #timetoswitch
@ScottishPower still without a smart meter for over 3 months . Promised it would be fixed by end of December. Zero contact from them once again. Very poor customer service. Looking at switching supplier now.
@scottishpower terrible customer service once again. No smart meter working, app down again and cannot check balance. Said will be sorted by the end of the year. No apology for the inconvenience. Will be switching supplier asap.
@ScottishPower topped up my meter at 6:34 this morning. Still waiting for the credit to go on. Call centre closed early and live chat not working. 🤷🏼♂️. Poor customer service and very annoying.

@IKEAUK Instead of advertising for more sales you should concentrate on getting your customer service back up and running. Still waiting on my delivery which has now twice not turned up. Still waiting for a refund of a product not in stock. Disgraceful. #poorcustomerservice#ikea
@IKEAUK Absolutely shocking customer service! 2 delivery dates have passed and still without my order. No way of contacting to chase where it is. Take tour money but can not deliver! Never again will I order from IKEA.

@TSB worst bank I have ever dealt with. Told to reset my Mobile banking password, old contact number on file. Called to get it changed after confirming who I am to be told to go into a branch. Can’t get to the branch until Saturday. Thank you TSB I will be switching my account.
@TSB They are closed on the only day I have off being Saturday. I am now locked out of online banking until I can take time off of work to find a branch that is open. It’s 2019 surely this can be done on line or over the phone???

@TSB After security checks I was advised that I can not change my number for security reasons after confirming who I was. Then told that the only way it can be changed is in branch. I work long hours so it’s not possible for me to get to a branch. Checked my local branch and...
@TSB I went to check my balance on the App this morning to be told to change my password and memorable data. No option not to do this. Went to change it then I found out that my mobile phone number is different from the account as I have a new phone. Called to update details.
@TSB Poor customer service again! Out shopping and my card is declined. Money in my account is being taken but shop can not give me the goods. Now have to wait 5-7 days for a refund to go back into my account. What the hell is going on. Time to leave this poor show of a Bank.
@thameswater still waiting for my credit to be paid back to me. Have now waited over 4 weeks to receive my own money. Can’t call as only urgent calls are allowed?
