@yu_angela There's an issue with Lesson 56, Day 5 of the Python course. At 29s the video will freeze. If you try moving the playhead, the video will skip significantly forward to 2:42, or to 9:42, or just stay frozen where you tried to place it.

@duolingo Your help center seems fairly 'pass the buck' in terms of getting a refund. I was just declined for a refund through Play Store for Duolingo Plus less than 5m after receiving the notification I'd been charged.
