When people work out with me, they’re shocked at the weights I use for Biceps.
“You’re using 25 and 30lb DB’s for working sets?”

It’s really easy to punish the biceps with lower weights if you pay attention to what you’re doing and focus on stimulating the muscle rather than just moving weight.
