@PrivilegeUK With thanks to the inept incompetent plumbers you sent out to fix a leak through the ceiling which they said was a seal and did nothing, the kitchen ceiling fell through - the actual problem was the pipe from the toilet - your incompetence has led to this.
@PrivilegeUK I have done that, i want action and I want someone to tell me why I have to pay an exzcess of £550 to fix a ceiling coming through because you sent incompetent lazy plumbers in the first place. No one is helping
@PrivilegeUK No that didn't work as it cut me off because it wasn't to do with electric or heating. What actually is the point of your insurance service, it's terrible.
@PrivilegeUK I've phoned that number and it says it is closed because it's a bank holiday - i mean this is just another thing to add to just how terrible you are, can't even get that right

@PrivilegeUK 3/3 - Meanwhile I have still have water coming through my ceiling, I have had no help, no advice or anyone even trying to stop it. I pay extra for the platinum cover and I'm treated like this. Please advise what I can do, and how you will help me.
@PrivilegeUK 2/3 - you then state it is electrical and the work has been done. You send me pictures to prove this and it's pictures of a completely different house. You then state you have no clue who turned up and which company they are from.
@PrivilegeUK Can you tell me why I have now waited for 3 days to help with home emergency with water coming through my ceiling. You sent a plumber to the wrong house, then they came stayed 10 minutes and left. I still have water through my ceiling.

@astigamusic I've just discovered this and using it via my sonos - one question - why is it SO SLOW? I click on artists, go and make a cup of tea, load the washing in, go to the toilet and it still didn't load- it took 20 minutes to load the list. Is this worth my hard earned money each month

@youfibre did you know - your company is shit, your broadband is shit, your customer service is shit, trying to extract money so people can cancel is fraud - did you know that?
@youfibre what a competition where you let all the customers who have tried and failed to get through to you to fix your terrible broadband all cancel without you trying to extract fropm more money to cancel when your product is shit?
@youfibre why are you expecting an early termination fee to cancel when your product has broken since installation? Your customer service is terrible- I have been with you since 22 oct and your product has NEVER WORKED
