Delphos St. John’s nearly ended Columbus Wehrle’s bid for a 3-peat. Bob Arnzen’s Blue Jays fell a point short (70-69) in a classic D4 semifinal.
Two days later Wehrle would complete the 3-peat defeating Springfield CC 67-58.
