@SethDillon@AmericanAir My last interaction with @AmericanAir was horrible. We booked first class and they delayed our flight and put us in economy. Then otw back we were stuck on the tarmac for hours while they tried to fix our plane to then cancel our flight and put us in a trash hotel.
Not surprised that the @ChipotleTweets on Westerville road in Westerville Ohio forgot to put my chips in the bag and still charged me for them. All of their employees looked pissed to be at work and the food didn’t look fresh at all.
@kroger this is the second time we have had groceries delivered and the driver has smoked cigarettes while our order is in their car. Our groceries reek of cigarettes. We are throwing them out. Do better. This is disgusting.
@AmericanAir $167 refund for your horrible service and delays that resulted on you downgrading our first class seats we paid for to economy on the back of the plane on United to Jamaica. That is a joke. You are the worst airline ever.

@AmericanAir only sent one bus to pick us up from the hell hole of a hotel that they had us stay in after stringing us along all day before canceling our flight yesterday. It this was the first time American did us dirty this trip. Missing @SandalsResorts

@united I have never had such poor service and been blatantly lied to as a first class customer as I have at ORD. I guess it is time to reevaluate my United credit card.
