NEW KIT: K348 - LNER CLASS A8 4-6-2t Diagram 63B/63C Boiler
This kit of the A8 has a different boiler casting for the later Diagram 63B / 63C boiler types. These started to be fitted between 1936 and their withdrawal in 1960.

Two London & North Eastern Railway Christmas Trees at Hull and Darlington Stations, December 1935. These and other trees at Newcastle, York and Harrogate were erected to attract donations of toys and money for local charity. Across the sites, 3,000+ parcels and Β£310 was donated.
All the way back in June when we filmed our heat of the Great Model Railway Challenge one of my daughters was able to come to FawleyHill for the presentation. This is what she put on Facebook. It still makes me a bit tearful when I read it.
