@googlenest almost 4 weeks and zero communication or remorse for lack of customer service, temperatures at freezing and my main zone has no heat because no thermostat, thank you @Google can always count on spending thousands on your products to get this kind of support.
@googlenest I don't understand what there is to work on, it's a faulty nest thermostat, a replacement has been authorised, so why is it taking so long?
@googlenest I am in canada , it's a gen 3 nest thermostat, case number is 8-3797000030803, temperature's are dropping and I need a replacement ASAP had I know it was going to take so long I would never have considered buying a nest product
