On Forbes, these are the issues which we are experiencing in Qatar.

1. Rangers do not pay salaries as per the contracts that were signed in Kenya and as the Qatar Minimum Wages Law. And once you get there and reach out to Forbes on the changes in pay, they ignore you. Since you have no money to pay your ticket back home, you end up taking the little that they offer.

2. Delayed Salaries - Rangers can delay salaries by up to three months i.e as we speak there are employees whose last pay was in April. This is a huge issue since the company doesn't offer meals, and part of their salary is used to buy food. Yes, there are some employees who have slept hungry.

3. Yes, it is illegal for anyone to work outside during Summer in Qatar during the day because of the heat, but Rangers security does not care about this. It is even rumored that one Security Guard called the Police on this matter just recently when his supervisor forced him to go out in the sun for hours and yet there are cabins provided for shade.

There is alot more happening within the company. Am sure they will soon come out with their experiences.

My issue with Forbes in Kenya is tha they are aware of these issues, they are constantly being raised on the various Whatsapp groups and on inbox, but all they care about is the comissions received in Kenya, once the employees get to Qatar it's no longer their business.

To date the timing bomb is still trickling and nothing has been done.

Remember that Forbes is owned by an MP who is arrogant and full of impunity. Seems she has been roped into the fraud.

Hello Hon Alai , Help Kenyan brothers and sisters being recruited under Forbes to come and work in Qatar as SECURITY Guards in Rangers Security service.They are paying 1300usd to Forbes as comission but on reaching Qatar things are different.Working 12 hours in hot sun with no off days, sleeping hungry cz there is no salary (many have worked 2 months without receiving there 1st pay), harrasment from the employer and when you try raising a complain you are terminated.Many are depressed and stressed over here as they are trying to get back their money paid as comission. There is a new group flying this week to Qatar under the same company.Please do something .
