The truth is: the UN can’t act automatically.
It’s not enough that there are protests or viral videos. For them to intervene, someone has to formally submit a complaint with evidence. That’s how the process begins.

So no, the UN won’t swoop in overnight. But there is a process and it starts with us. It was important for me to ask that question bcoz if we have access to these rooms, we must use it to spotlight the violations Now I asked ,we know the mechanism. So let’s organize strategically
This is why documentation + public pressure matters. We can’t afford to be silent. We protest, we post, we publish and we document because one day, there will be a reckoning. And we’ll need evidence.

Now the ICC sounds powerful, but here’s the reality. It only takes the most serious cases and even then, prosecuting top officials is hard. Immunity laws often protect them.
So yes, there’s a path but it’s not simple.

But what if the government ignores it?
Then the next step is legal. NGOs and coalitions can go through local courts. If that still fails, they can take it to the ICC.

1. Raise formal concerns with the government
2. Demand a response
3. Report to the world
4. Increase diplomatic pressure
It’s not instant but it adds real weight.
