This might sound a little crazy,
but I seek pain.
I know mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual pain is always around the corner,
and I hate the feeling of just waiting for it to happen.
So instead of sitting around waiting for it, I choose to meet it halfway and say,
"What's up? I'm right here. No one is hiding from you."
I find it in my runs, when I'm sore, when it's hot, cold, lonely, and I'm gasping for air.
To me, pain is just a signal. It tells me where my limits are.
And every time I push through it,
I come out stronger, more confident.
So bring it or l'll come find it myself.
Get out of your comfort zone.
Do all the cool shit you’ve always wanted to do.
Fuck what people think or say.
Work hard.
Do good things.
Inspire others.

Growing up, we wanted to be just like the superheroes we grew up watching.
We wanted to save the day, be strong, help the world and do good.
Somewhere along this journey, we tend forget that.
Don’t stop being the superhero.
You never know who’s watching you.
You never know who you’re inspiring.
2 GOAT Athletes I’ve met
(no pics) because I tried to play it cool.
1. Jon Jones at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach
2. Michael Phelps at the Wynn in Las Vegas
I geek out thinking of the killer mentality both of these guys have and their pursuit of being the best. I’m next.
To impress poor people, you outspend them.
To impress wealthy people, you outwork them.
Quit flexing the Rolex and rented lambo.
Flex the grind, flex the work.
- Summary from an Alex Hormozi video
You see me sharing motivational quotes and post, but here's the truth:
I'm a work in progress. Each day, I wake up ready to battle my inner demons, pushing through obstacles no matter what. If today I fall, tomorrow I’m getting right back up because where I come from there’s no such thing as quitting. We didn’t have the luxury.
