Order place for 5. Items from @zavvi in September, it was a pre order one has been dispatched and that’s all despite others receiving theirs from different retailers. I have messaged twice and had no response
@IcelandFoods I have received a text to say our delivery was attempted but they couldn’t access the property. My wife has been in all afternoon and there has been no attempt to deliver at all, no phone numbers are being answered so I’m not sure what to do to

@HalifaxBank I sent an email to the complaints department 2 months ago, I received confirmation that the email had been received but I have not had any reply since. I understand that we are in difficult time which is why I have waited.
